1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Product delivered does not match the order
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Product is returned in original packaging with all accessories/manuals (if applicable)
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise specified.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery products
- Consumables or chemical products once opened
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Clearance / final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

4. Return Approval
Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Once approved:
- Pickup may be arranged (where serviceable)
or - Customer may be asked to ship the item to our designated address
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for return.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit (where mutually agreed)
Estimated refund timeline:
5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Signs of use
- Minor damage not caused during transit
- Returned items not in original condition
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will prioritize resolution through replacement, return, or refund as applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible and the Return Policy will apply instead.
For cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing the order.
9. Bulk / Industrial Orders
Returns or refunds for bulk, B2B, industrial, or custom procurement orders may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase.
10. Non-Refundable Charges
The following may be non-refundable unless due to our error:

- Urgent delivery fees
- Installation/service charges (if any)
